RCD Espanyol has closed a new edition of its LA21 Course of Methodology and Youth Team Management with the diploma ceremony at the RCDE Stadium. Twenty coaches completed a demanding program: over 100 hours of face-to-face training, four theoretical-practical modules, and a final project presented to a jury. The closing ceremony had a special moment. Joan Capdevila, world champion with Spain in 2010, and Alberto Lopo, historic of the club, starred in a panel in which both remembered the coaches who marked their path and explained how the RCDE youth academy shaped their way of understanding football. The program, taught by the main experts of LA21, covers from the international RCDE model and management to methodology, new technologies, physical preparation, and football immersion. The languages of delivery - Catalan and Spanish - reflect the identity of the project. The results speak for themselves. Graduates of previous editions are already part of the RCDE ecosystem: international academies of the club, the Dani Jarque School, and men's and women's youth football. The course is not a point of arrival. It is a gateway to the RCDE world. Talent is born in LA21, in the heart of Barcelona. The world recognizes it. Do you want to be part of the next edition?
